Conference participants will be staying at one of two hotels near the conference venue:

Novotel Luxembourg Kirchberg (5 minutes walking distance)

The hotel reservation deadline is extended until Monday, January 25, 2010. Reservations can be made by completing the Word form and sending it directly to the Novotel of your choice.

Accepted paper givers* and panel co-Chairs* are offered up to 2 nights, single accommodation compliments of the Local Organizing Committee. Additional fees for a Double room and extra nights will be billed to the guest. All other attendees pay their own hotel fees.

Suggested departure date: March 21, 2010
