Arrival
From Findel Airport
- to the Novotel Kirchberg (1) take Bus no. 16, exit at Philharmonie/MUDAM, just next to the hotel. A taxi would cost about 15-20€.
- to the Novotel Centre (2)take Bus no. 16, exit at Place de Paris, 8 minutes walking distance to the hotel. A taxi would cost about 25- 30€.
Wednesday
From the Novotel Centre (2)
- to the Executive Committee Meeting at the University of Luxembourg campus Limpertsberg(3): Bus no. 3 leaves every 15 minutes from Huese Vic, exit at LT Michel Lucius, 2 minutes walking distance to the meeting room. A taxi would cost about 15-20€.
From the Meeting at the campus Limpertsberg (3)
- to the Centre and Ambassade de France(6): Bus no. 3 leaves every 15 minutes from LT Michel Lucius, exit at Hamilius (in front of the post office). A taxi would cost about 15€.
Thursday to Saturday
From the Novotel Kirchberg (1)
- to the Conference spot (4) at the Jean Monnet Building of the European Commission:2 minutes walk, the building is in front of the hotel, to your right.
From the Novotel Centre (2)
- to the Conference spot (4) at the Jean Monnet Building of the European Commission: Bus no. 18 leaves every 15 minutes from Place de Paris, exit at Jean Monnet, 2 minutes walking distance to the conference location. A taxi would cost about 15-20€.
Saturday afternoon
From the Novotel Kirchberg Parking (1) in front of Jean Monnet Building (4)
- to the Closing Ceremony and Gala Dinner at the Abbaye de Neumünster (5), our shuttle busses leave at 5.30 pm.
